The sound absorption really works — my kitchen echo is noticeably quieter since I mounted this above the counter. The print itself looks like a proper art piece rather than typical foam panels, so I didn't have to hide it behind a door.
I hung it in the kitchen and it actually softened the echo off the tiles, which I wasn't expecting from something this thin. The print itself looks like a proper art piece rather than a utilitarian panel, so it doesn't feel like I sacrificed style for function.
The panels really tame the echo in my open kitchen, and the artwork looks like a proper gallery piece rather than something functional. Installation was straightforward too, though I did need a drill and level to get it perfectly straight.
