I was worried the recycled PET backing would make it feel flimsy, but it's surprisingly solid once mounted on the wall. The textile surface has a nice matte texture that doesn't glare under our kitchen lights, and it actually mutes the echo from the tile floor.
The textile print looks sharper in person than in the photos, and the muted colors fit my kitchen wall way better than I expected. It's not going to absorb much noise in a big open room, but for a small space it does take the edge off the echo.
The print quality on the textile is genuinely nice and the recycled PET backing feels sturdier than I expected. It noticeably softened the echo in our dining area, though it's smaller than I pictured from the photos.
