I hung this in the kitchen and it actually softens the echo from the tile floor, which I didn't expect from a piece of art. The recycled PET backing feels solid and the textile print has a nice matte texture up close.
The recycled PET panel is surprisingly lightweight, so mounting it above my kitchen counter took less than five minutes with basic hardware. It’s softened the echo from our tiled floors noticeably when I’m cooking, and the giraffe print adds a playful focal point that guests keep commenting on.
Wasn't sure how much the acoustic panel would actually do in an open kitchen, but it noticeably softens the echo off the tile. The printed textile has a nice matte texture up close, though I wish it came in a bigger size.
