Rock On! 05

The little tongue sticking out on this ceramic face makes me smile every time I walk past it. It's heavier than I expected, which actually feels reassuring hanging on the wall. Glaze has a nice uneven sheen in afternoon light.

The uneven, hand-shaped rim is what sold me — you can tell a person actually formed this, not a mold. Hung it above my reading chair and the matte finish catches the afternoon light in a way photos just don't capture.

The glaze on this vase has this subtle, uneven texture that catches the light differently throughout the day, way more interesting than the flat finish I expected. It's clearly hand-shaped too — the rim isn't perfectly symmetrical, which is exactly what I wanted.
