Painted Shapes 03 - Acoustic Panel

Fitting this in the kitchen was surprisingly easy, and the painted shapes actually break up all the hard surfaces in here beautifully. It’s made a real difference in the echo when I’m cooking, plus it looks like a piece of art rather than a soundproofing afterthought.

The panel absorbs so much echo in my little kitchen that I actually hear myself think now, and the painted shapes give the wall a gallery feel. It arrived perfectly flat and was up in five minutes with the included adhesive strips.

The sound absorption really cuts down the echo from our tile backsplash, which I wasn’t expecting for something that looks this sleek. Took a bit of fiddling to get it hung straight, but once it’s up, it’s a nice focal point by the counter.
